Jewar Airport impact - is it real hype?

Hey guys, found this video talking about Jewar Airport and how it's supposed to boost NCR's future. They're saying crazy things like it becoming Asia's biggest airport by 2040! Anyone actually investing around Noida because of this? Is the ROI really worth it, ya think? What's your take?
