My 2BHK lease in Sector 78 is ending soon, and I'm really looking to upgrade to a 3BHK or even a small villa. Already have a home loan. I'm seeing a lot of talk about Jewar Airport and Yamuna Expressway. Is the current price jump in areas like Sector 150 already too high, ya should I consider something further down the Yamuna Expressway near Eta I for better future ROI? Matlab, will Jewar really push prices that much, or is it mostly speculation abhi? What's the community's take on the timeline for these big infra projects?
