Jewar Airport land rates really 10x?! True?

Guys, I saw this video about land rates near Jewar Airport going crazy high. Apparently, *raton raat* prices are up 10x! That's insane, right? They're saying commercial and residential land is both affected. I'm looking at investing in Noida, but Jewar seems risky now. Has anyone actually bought land there recently? Is this hype or reality? Kya scene hai ground level pe?
