Spent Sunday checking projects near Sector 150. Builders Jewar Airport aur FNG ki hype de rahe hain. But construction pace dekh ke lagta nahi time pe hoga. Prices toh badh gaye. Is real appreciation near these infra corridors possible, ya sab marketing hype hai?
