Jewar Airport timelines: Any experience with Noida projects?

Hey guys, what do you think about Jewar airport and the surrounding property? This video showed it's supposed to be Net Zero by 2030, which is awesome. I'm looking at some projects nearby, but I'm a bit worried about delays. Noida mein projects kaafi late hote hain, right? Anyone here invested in something similar before? Did they actually meet the possession dates they promised? Trying to figure out if it's worth the risk.
