Pune mein real estate ka scene dekhte dekhte thoda confused ho gaya hoon. I'm currently in a 2BHK near Hinjewadi, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or maybe even a villa. Jhamtani Nandan Ace bhi shortlist kiya tha. Mera main concern amenities aur ongoing costs ko leke hai. Kya wahan ke clubhouse aur sports facilities actually use hote hain daily, ya bas showpiece banke reh jaate hain? Aur maintenance charges vs actual service quality ka kya haal hai? Kahin sirf bill high na aata rahe aur services average milen. Already have a home loan, so har extra expense matter karta hai. Is the price jump worth it for these facilities?

Jhamtani Nandan Ace ka possession toh 2026-03-01 hai. Abhi se itna hype kyon? P52100033562 RERA number hai, check kar lo construction status. Mere friend ne Akurdi mein unka ek project dekha tha, amenities sirf brochure mein achhi lagti hain. Real mein utni upkeep nahi hoti aur services average hi rehti hain.
Mera Amanora Park Town ke paas ka experience bhi similar hai. Amenities ke naam pe bas extra charges. Make sure to check the actual site progress, not just the RERA updates.

Hinjewadi mein waise bhi traffic ka issue rehta hai, toh yeh facilities kitni use ho paati hongi?
