Reliable or not, the RERA portal should reflect the ground reality. I checked today, and it still shows the possession date as 2026-03-01 for Jhamtani Nandan Ace (RERA: P52100033562). But if U1 is saying it's inconsistent, it means the builder might be updating it internally but it's not reflecting publicly, or worse, they're not adhering to it. Are any of you guys living nearby who can do a quick drive-by to see the actual construction progress? Total units are 138, so it's not a small project.

You're right to be worried. My cousin booked with a different builder in Akurdi a few years ago, and the RERA possession date shifted three times! He finally got it almost two years late. Jhamtani Nandan Ace ka RERA number P52100033562 hai, and official possession is 2026-03-01. But if the online status is already shaky, it's a major red flag. For 138 units, any delay means a lot of people's money is stuck. Don't rush into it.
