Delhi Infratech? Bhai, inka naam sunke hi darr lagta hai. Jhilmil Colony mein inka project hai? Matlab fir se wahi super area ka chakkar hoga. Maine suna hai inke projects mein carpet area bahut kam nikalta hai as compared to what they promise on paper. Negotiation toh door ki baat hai, pehle toh actual measurements confirm karlo.
