JKG Constructions Sector 88 payment plan confusion
Sector 88 JKG Constructions project ka payment plan samajh nahi aa raha. I'm based in Dubai, so site visit karna mushkil hai. Builder force kar raha hai construction-linked plan (CLP), bolte hain less risk for buyer. But as an investor, I'm thinking, is it really better for someone like me, ya down payment plan (DPP) mein zyada leverage milega? Mujhe lagta hai CLP mein funding phans jaati hai if there are construction delays, aur remote se quality/progress monitor karna bhi tough hai. Builder ka track record kaisa hai for timely delivery? I'm worried about my ROI aur total cost of acquisition. Should I push for a DPP to get a better spot discount ya CLP mein hi safety hai? Anyone dealt with JKG Constructions on their payment terms? Need advice on which plan is actually smarter, considering I can't be there often.
