JKG Palm Court Phase 2: Is the appreciation real?
Two years ago I'd have laughed at these prices in Noida, but now I'm seriously looking at JKG Palm Court Phase 2. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 76 and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK here. Everyone talks about how 'completed' projects are safer, but I'm not convinced about the actual capital appreciation potential. Matlab, launch se kitna move kiya hai price? Brokers just give some inflated numbers, but what's the ground reality? Honestly, the investor ratio in these completed projects worries me. Kya ye ghost society ban jayegi after some time? Rental yields toh okay hain, but what about resale liquidity? And RERA status pe bhi doubt hai, I mean, just compliance on paper doesn't guarantee future value. Is the price jump from my 2BHK to a 3BHK in JKG Palm Court Phase 2 really worth it for long-term wealth creation? Change my mind.
