This means digging deep into their past project deliveries and customer feedback is crucial. Has anyone here had experience with JMD Construction before? How were their timelines, build quality, and customer service? For a 4 BHK, we're talking about family living, so practical aspects like internal layouts, common area maintenance, and overall build quality are key for a good end-user experience. But all that depends heavily on the builder's reliability. Before even dreaming about the lifestyle, we need to ensure the project actually gets delivered as promised.
