JMDR Arihant Green's high price: worth the completed status?
Since I work in real estate, I see right through the super area vs carpet area games. Arihant Green is OC toh sahi hai, but is it *really* worth almost 5cr? Jaypee Augusta Town Home is ready too, plus it's Jaypee. Has anyone compared the actual usable space in both? Should I ignore builder reputation and just go with carpet area?

Totally agree with your confusion. ₹5 Cr is a huge amount, especially for a first-time buyer like me. Completed status is good, but doesn't guarantee everything, right? Noida mein itne options hain, why these two only? I'm also looking for something budget-friendly.
Yaar, I'm so confused between JMDR Arihant Green and Jaypee Augusta Town Home. Arihant Green is ready, OC bhi hai, but ₹5 Cr for a 3BHK? Bahut zyada lag raha hai. Builder reputation ko ignore kar ke sirf carpet area pe focus karna chahiye kya? Jaypee ka naam toh hai, but unka bhi recent track record mixed hai. Kisi ne actual carpet area compare kiya hai dono ka? Super area ka toh khel hi alag hai, usme toh sab builders mahaan hain.
Builder reputation mat ignore karo. Jaypee ne bahut logon ko rulaya hai, but Arihant Green ka price bhi out of budget lag raha hai for that area. Be careful with both.
Haan bhai, carpet area ka game hi alag hai. Arihant Green ka super area bahut inflate karte hain. Jaypee Augusta ka actual carpet area thoda better laga tha mujhe jab maine site visit ki thi, though Jaypee ka trust issue rehta hai. But usable space wise, Augusta felt more practical.
