Totally agree. Iss price range mein Airport Road (Gurgaon side) pe bhi kuch achhe options mil jaate hain reputed builders ke. Unki construction quality generally better hoti hai, aur resale bhi stable rehti hai. JMS Prime Land mein risk thoda zyada lag raha hai agar quality pe itne questions hain.

U1, bilkul sahi keh rahe ho. Mera ek dost hai, usne Sector 70 mein ek project liya tha, do saal pehle possession mila. Abhi recently bathroom walls mein seepage shuru ho gayi hai aur kitchen ke cabinets bhi thode loose ho gaye hain. Builder ko complain kiya toh response bohot slow hai. JMS Prime Land ka bhi agar yahi haal hai toh ROI toh gayi kaam se.
Haan bhai, same sunne mein aaya hai. Mere ek colleague ne bhi JMS ka project dekha tha, bol rahe the ki construction quality average se neeche hai. Especially plaster work aur electrical fittings mein compromises dikhte hain.
