The rent hikes in Gurgaon are just criminal, honestly. Fed up of paying EMI for someone else's property, I'm finally serious about buying. JMS Prime Land in Sector 95 looks decent, but I'm super concerned about the actual utility of amenities. Specifically, the children's play area. Site visits pe toh sab accha lagta hai, but is it genuinely usable and safe after possession? Or just a small, neglected corner? My kids need proper space. Kya real experience hai residents ka?

Play area is always a tick-box item, bhai. Builders promise the moon but deliver a small balcony. My kids deserve better!
Totally agree with you! Gurgaon rents are insane. I'm also eyeing Sector 95, but my budget is tight, max 1.8 Cr. Is JMS Prime Land in that range? And yes, kids' play area is crucial. I saw a project near Badshahpur, same issue, just a patch of grass.
