Sector 95 – just moved into JMS Prime Land last month and already feeling buyer's remorse. Brochure mein jo children's play area dikhaya tha, that's not what we got. It's so small, barely any equipment, aur the ground isn't even soft, it's rough concrete. My kids can't even play properly, it's just a checkbox for them, I swear. Aur power backup ka kya scene hai? They promised full flat backup, but it's only for common areas, woh bhi intermittent. Inverter lagana padega ab, which is extra cost. Maintenance charges toh high hain, but services bilkul zero. Is this normal for Gurgaon projects? What can we even do? Builders just get away with these things, right? Anyone else face this with JMS or other projects? Really need some advice.

Yaar, this is exactly my biggest fear as a first-time buyer. Brochure mein sab gold dikhate hain, but reality kuch aur hoti hai. JMS Prime Land ka toh naam bhi suna tha achha, but yeh sunke darr lag raha hai. My kids are also small, so play area is a big deal for us. Kya hum log RERA mein complain kar sakte hain for false advertising? Is there any recourse for these issues after possession?
