I'm looking at JMS Prime Land, and their brochure promised top-notch security, like proper CCTV coverage and visitor management. But ab reviews mein sunn raha hu ki security guards ka turnover bahut high hai, aur visitor entries bhi super lax rehti hain. This can really impact tenant attraction and future resale value. Is this common with builders? Also, parking allocation ka kya scene hai? Brochure mein reserved parking bola tha, but I'm hearing it might be a lottery system later, which is a nightmare. Aur water supply? Tanker dependency toh nahi hogi na? My parents keep saying 'builder ke promises pe zyada bharosa mat kar'. Koi experience batao, especially for investors. Kya in cheezon pe koi control hota hai ya bas accept karna padta hai?
