JMS Prime Land's long-term ROI is my biggest concern
₹1.85 Cr is a huge amount for my first property in Gurugram, and I'm really eyeing JMS Prime Land. Builder ka track record theek lag raha hai, but I'm thinking pure long-term investment ke liye. Iska capital appreciation potential kaisa hai? Matlab, launch ke time se prices kitne badhe hain aur kya abhi bhi upside bacha hai? For an investor like me, resale market kitna liquid hai yahan? Will it be easy to exit after 5-7 years with a good return, ya phir bahut struggle karna padega to find a buyer? Also, investor-end user ratio ka kya scene hai? Ghost society toh nahi ban jayegi, affecting future rentals? My main goal is ROI aur rental yield, so any insights on that front would be super helpful. Thoda nervous hoon yaar, pehla investment hai, ab samajh nahi aa raha.
