Years of renting have finally pushed me to buy in Sohna. Looking at JMS The Nation. Construction quality after a year, kya haal hota hai? Are clubhouses actually used ya ghost facilities? Does amenity premium even matter for resale ROI?

Bhai, Sohna mein 2.2-3.3 Cr? Thoda zyaada nahi lag raha for a first-time buyer? I'm also looking in that range but for something closer to the main city. JMS ka track record bhi mixed suna hai. Amenities toh baad ki baat hai, pehle construction quality aur location dekho.
