JMS The Nation: EMI started, no possession insight

Builder delays are seriously testing my patience with Gurugram projects. JMS The Nation ka possession timeline toh bas badhta hi jaa raha hai. Initially bola tha 2025 end, ab lag raha hai 2026 bhi cross ho jayega. My EMI has started, but rental income ka toh door-door tak pata nahi. Is this normal for new projects? Not sure if the price appreciation will cover this extended wait. Any current investors facing the same? What's your exit strategy if delivery keeps getting pushed?
