Sohna, specifically JMS The Nation, has me thinking. Just moved in a couple of months back, aur abhi se kuch construction quality issues dikhne lage hain. Small cracks, fitting problems... makes me wonder about resale value later. Does this happen everywhere? Aur ye high maintenance charges in societies, kya woh actual service justify karte hain when basic construction itself is shaky? Investors, what's your take?

Bhai, JMS ka track record toh pehle se hi mixed hai. Quality issues are not surprising.
