JMS The Nation's site visits feel a bit rushed. Is visible under-construction quality a reliable sign of final finish? I'm upgrading from a 2BHK, worried about long-term issues. What about power backup? Is it full flat or just common areas?

Power backup usually common areas only, bhai. Full flat is a luxury these days unless specified clearly in the agreement. Builders often use it as a marketing trick.
