Been living in a 2BHK near Hinjewadi for 5 years, now looking to upgrade to a 3BHK. Shapoorji Pallonji Joyville Hadapsar Annexe Phase 17 caught my eye, but the ₹78L-₹1.08 Cr price feels high. Already have a home loan, so EMI will be huge. Is this project genuinely good for daily living, ya bas marketing hai? Unki amenities list impressive hai, but kitne useful hain aur maintain hoti hai kya? Hadapsar Annexe area schools aur daily needs ke liye kaisa hai? Commute to IT hubs kitna time lega? Is this premium justified?
