Been living in a 2BHK near Hinjewadi for 5 years, now looking to upgrade to a 3BHK. Shapoorji Pallonji Joyville Hadapsar Annexe Phase 17 caught my eye, but the ₹78L-₹1.08 Cr price feels high. Already have a home loan, so EMI will be huge. Is this project genuinely good for daily living, ya bas marketing hai?
