Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – now stuck on which sector. I'm eyeing JP Orchid for investment, current pricing seems decent. But honestly, I'm skeptical about its resale market liquidity. From my experience, a high investor ratio wahan pe means exit strategy will be tough. Who buys a 5-year-old flat if new projects are still launching nearby? Is there an active secondary market there? What's the real investor vs. end-user split? I'm worried about getting stuck. Change my mind.

Exactly! Main bhi yahi soch raha tha. Ek dost ne Agrahara Layout mein liya tha 4 saal pehle, ab bechna hai toh buyer hi nahi mil raha. New projects around Sarjapur Road are just too attractive.
Bhai, same fear! JP Orchid ka price range toh theek lag raha hai (₹54L – ₹73L), but 24 units hi hain total. Itna low inventory mein resale kaise hogi? Mera bhi yahi darr hai.
