Spent Sunday checking 3BHKs in Jubilee Hills. Wife's priority: kids' school quality, family safety. Is it genuinely family-friendly with good green spaces, or mostly singles? Need opinions.

Yaar, Jubilee Hills sunte hi budget ki tension ho jaati hai. Schools toh top-notch hain no doubt, but woh price tag... Aur family safety ka bhi point sahi hai, par kya wahan really community feel hai ya sab apne apne mein rehte hain?
