₹2.5 Cr for a 3BHK in Jubilee Hills is a big investment, but is its Metro connectivity actually worth the hype for daily commute? I work in real estate, I know what builders tout, but honestly, for Jubilee Hills Check Post or Peddamma Temple station, that last mile connectivity ka issue rehta hai na? Is it practical for office-goers? Yaar, sometimes I feel it's more for show. Then there's the resale market. Everyone says premium areas always appreciate. But for such high-value properties, is finding a genuine buyer easy if I need to liquidate in 5-7 years? Or will it just sit there for months, maybe even years, waiting for the right HNI buyer? Change my mind.
