Jupiter Commanders Duo

Did a site visit to Jupiter Commanders Duo last weekend. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is totally different, you know? On paper, it looks decent at ₹28-51L range. But real mein, is it actually good for daily living? Like, amenities mein swimming pool kitna use hota hai, ya just for show? Aur neighborhood ka kya scene hai – schools, markets paas hain kya? Not sure if the location connectivity is as smooth as they claim. Any actual residents here, please share your honest opinion?
