Just calculated final costs for Sector 36A — some things don't add up.
Sector 36A keeps coming up. I'm considering a 3BHK around ₹1.5 Cr. Everyone talks ROI, but the actual total acquisition cost, especially stamp duty and registration, is a massive hit. From my experience, these aren't negotiable. Are there genuine ways to mitigate this fixed overhead in Sohna, or is it just accepted? Disagree? Tell me why.
