The power backup claims for new projects always seem too good to be true. I'm checking Goyal Luxury Floors, Faridabad. Is their 100% backup for the full flat, including ACs, or just common areas? And water supply: reliable, or tanker dependency? My parents warn me about brochure promises versus reality. Ab samajh nahi aa raha.

Faridabad mein water supply ka issue common hai, especially in newer pockets like Sector 35. Tanker dependency toh pakka rahegi, brochure pe mat jao.
Bhai, your parents are absolutely right. Builders ke promises are often just marketing gimmicks. 100% power backup for ACs is a rare find, usually it's only for lights and fans, and common areas. Goyal Luxury Floors ka toh mujhe bhi doubt ho raha hai.
