Just got Ansal Aastha keys, but daily costs are wild

Is Ansal Aastha's daily water supply really this bad? Just moved in; paying crazy extra for tankers daily. Brochure said 24/7, but it's not. Anyone else facing these hidden utility costs post-possession?
