Just got my flat, feeling blindsided by hidden costs
Hidden charges after possession are seriously brutal, yaar. Just got possession for my 2BHK at Triaa Landmark in Chandkhed last month, and the final bill had so many unexpected costs. Builder ne initial quote mein parking aur PLC ka details diya tha, but society formation charges, infra development contribution, and even a weird 'utility connection fee' for ₹50k came up. Honestly not sure if I negotiated hard enough. My agent said we could push for 5-7% discount on the base price, which I got on my 75L flat, but then these hidden costs ate up any savings. Matlab, real negotiation is about the *total* cost, right? Is 5-7% even good for a 2BHK in Chandkhed, or should I have pushed for more on the all-inclusive price? Hope others can avoid this.

75L for a 2BHK in Chandkhed? That sounds a bit high even with a 5-7% discount. What was the per sqft rate they quoted initially? These hidden costs are a nightmare, but sometimes the base price itself is inflated.
Oh no! Bhai, this is exactly what I'm scared of. I'm looking at flats in Wagholi and the sales guy is so smooth. Your experience makes me so nervous.
