Got possession of my 2BHK in Sector 32 last month. Honestly, the final bill had so many 'hidden' charges nobody mentioned upfront. Beyond stamp duty, there was an unexpected utility connection fee and a society initiation charge, adding up to almost ₹2.5L. Did anyone else face these last-minute surprises, especially from Sethi Group? Should I have tried to negotiate these earlier?

Oh no! Same pinch yaar. Sethi Group ka toh yahi naya trend hai lagta hai. Meri toh neend ud gayi thi bill dekh ke.
Totally agree with U2. Sethi Group ka track record utna accha nahi hai transparency mein. Mere friend ne Alpha I Greater Noida mein liya tha, usko bhi end mein 2L extra dene pade. Builders ko bas last minute pe surprise dena aata hai.
