Just got possession at Goyal Luxury Floors — a few things bugging me
Faridabad Sector 88 — finally moved into Goyal Luxury Floors. Overall, flat toh acha hai, but kuch cheezein genuinely bug kar rahi hain. They promised full power backup, but it's mainly for common areas and just a few points inside the flat. Kids ke school ke time power cut ho toh AC chalana mushkil ho jaata hai, especially in summer. Is this normal for "luxury" projects? My previous society mein full backup tha. Also, elevators ka maintenance response time kaisa hai aap logon ka? Ek baar stuck ho gaya tha, my wife was quite worried. Children's play area bhi theek hai, but it feels a bit cramped and not super safe for toddlers. What are others' experiences with these things in Faridabad, especially power backup aur maintenance quality? Kya yeh standard hai ya I should push the builder for better service? Need advice.

Elevator maintenance ka issue toh universal hai. My friend bought in a reputed society near Sector 35, Faridabad, and unka bhi same haal hai. Builder ne maintenance contract kisi third-party ko de diya hai, aur woh log time pe respond hi nahi karte. Kids' play area ka bhi same. Online ads mein bade-bade gardens dikhate hain, real mein ek chhota sa patch hota hai with broken swings. It's so frustrating for first-time buyers like us.
