Just got possession at Mahadev Kaveri, but the builder (Shri Jee Developers) still hasn't given the OC. They're pushing for registration without it. What are my options? Is this even legal for Ghaziabad properties?

OC ke bina registration toh loan bhi mushkil ho jata hai na? Aur RERA rules kya kehte hain ispar? Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) ka koi input nahi hai kya isme?

OC ke bina registration illegal hai bhai. RERA Act 2016 ke under, builder ko project completion ke baad OC provide karna mandatory hai. Bina OC ke possession dena ya registration push karna violation hai.
Totally agree yaar. OC ke bina registration? Bilkul mat karna. Builder log aise hi pressure banate hain, baad mein bahut problem hoti hai.

Dekho, OC bahut important hai. It basically certifies ki building construction norms ke hisaab se bani hai, fire safety, structural stability sab theek hai. Bank loan bhi OC ke bina sanction nahi karte properly, aur future mein resale mein bhi value kam ho jaati hai. Ghaziabad mein waise hi market thoda slow hai abhi, upar se ye OC ka jhanjhat, investors aur buyers dono cautious hain.
Sahi keh rahe ho. Mera bhi builder same nautanki kar raha hai. Lagta hai sabka haal yahi hai.
