Just got possession in Malkajgiri, some things genuinely surprised me

Moved into my 3BHK in Malkajgiri last month, and honestly, kuch cheezein genuinely surprised me. My flat was around ₹1.2 Cr, but the final bill felt way higher. I tried negotiating with Salarpuria Sattva, but not sure if it made a real difference. Did anyone else face so many hidden charges post-agreement? Like final electricity connection, water meter, society setup fees... builder ne pehle bataya nahi tha. How much negotiation margin did you guys actually get on new projects in Hyderabad? Is it even possible to knock off more than 2-3%?
