Just got possession of my 3BHK in Sector 150 a couple months ago, and honestly, the post-possession reality hit hard. Everyone glorifies the amenities and location, but nobody talks about the actual finishing quality. My flat in a Godrej project already has minor plaster cracks, yaar. It feels like they rush the last bit. And the maintenance charges... it's like a never-ending bill. ATS projects also seem to have similar issues from what friends tell me. Builder customer support post-handover is a joke, they just ghost you. Gaursons ka toh phone hi nahi uthate. Before buying, sab promises dete hain, but after OC, it's a different story. Yeh sab choti choti cheezein really add up. Should I have gone with M3M instead? Change my mind.
