1200 sqft dikhaya tha, but actual carpet area in my Sector 86 flat is barely 800 sqft. Just moved into Prime Developers' project last month and honestly, this super area vs carpet area difference is wild. Builder ne toh brochure mein bada dikhaya tha. Matlab, is this common? Feels like we're paying for air. Anyone else faced this super area trap in Gurgaon?
