Just got possession of my 3BHK from ABA Corp in Siddhartha Vihar a couple months back. Brochure mein jo 'premium fittings' dikhaye the, woh toh bilkul alag hain. Quality itni low hai, yaar. RWA bhi abhi tak proper setup nahi hua. Promised gym ki machines bhi third-class hain. Bahut frustration ho rahi hai, lagta hai paisa waste ho gaya. Anyone else faced this with under-construction projects, especially in Ghaziabad? Kya karen ab?

Ye toh classic builder tactic hai. Brochure rendering aur actual product mein zameen-aasman ka fark hota hai. RWA setup mein time lagta hai but fittings ka issue serious hai. Try getting other residents together, strength in numbers helps.
Did you do a proper walkthrough before possession? Usually, there's a snag list. Kya details the brochure mein exactly?
U4, snag list toh banate hain but builders ignore kar dete hain. Mera friend Abhay Khand mein ek project mein phasa tha, same story. Unka toh drainage ka issue abhi tak resolve nahi hua hai. They just stall till you give up. Legal route hi best option hai agar builder cooperate na kare.
U4, walkthrough kiya tha but final finishes tab tak nahi hue the properly. Builder ne bola tha sab theek ho jayega. Brochure mein imported fittings aur branded sanitaryware likha tha, mila local brand ka sab.
Siddhartha Vihar mein ABA Corp ka track record waise bhi mixed raha hai, especially after their last project near Ahinsa Khand 1. I was considering them too but backed out after seeing some reviews online about delays and quality compromises. It's a tough market for buyers right now, with so many projects pending or delivered with issues. Builders are cutting corners to save costs, and we buyers end up suffering. What was the per sqft rate you paid, if you don't mind sharing?
U3, 5800 toh kaafi standard rate hai for that area. Builders sab jagah quality cut kar rahe hain. Better to involve a lawyer if things don't improve.
U3, exactly! Ahinsa Khand 1 wali project ke bhi similar reviews the. We paid around 5800 per sqft. At that price, I expected better quality, not this cheap stuff. Bahut regret ho raha hai.
Totally feel you, OP! My cousin booked in Crossings Republik and faced similar issues with finishes and amenities. Did you check the RERA clause for quality deviations? Sometimes there's a small window to raise these issues.
U2, RERA clause toh hai but they claim 'minor variations' allowed. Humne toh booking ke time itna dhyaan nahi diya tha, bas builder ke reputation pe bharosa kar liya. Ab lagta hai galti ho gayi.
Bhai, this is too common with under-construction projects. Builders promise the moon and deliver dust. Meri jaan pehchan mein bhi same hua hai.
