Just moved into my 3BHK near Knowledge Park 2 last month, possession was in March. Honestly, I'm still wondering if my construction-linked payment plan (CLP) for my Blessings Homz flat was the smartest move. Pre-launch discounts with down payment schemes, were they actually better long-term for total acquisition cost? Yaar, EMI ka load toh hai hi. What's been people's experience with CLP vs DP in Noida Extension? Did you find any hidden clauses later?
