Okay, I'll say what no one tells you about buying in Noida Extension. Just got my 2BHK from Bhutani Infra, possession was last month. Everyone talks about the base price, but the actual total cost bhai, that's where the real game is. My ₹78L flat ended up way higher after stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking sab mila ke. Construction-linked plan seemed smart, but EMI started so early. Secondary market mein better deal milta hai kya? Change my mind.
