Just got possession of Shiv N Sai, some things genuinely surprised me

₹1.2 Cr for Shiv N Sai Luxury Homes. Did anyone else find the brochure amenities totally misleading? Club house is tiny, pool always dirty. Is this common, or just bad luck?

Yaar, builders ka toh yahi scene hai. Brochure mein kuch aur dikhate hain, reality mein kuch aur. ₹1.2 Cr mein toh at least decent amenities expect kar sakte hain. Shiv N
