Just got possession, some things genuinely surprised me

Just moved into my M3M unit on Dwarka Expressway last month, and honestly, construction quality ne thoda disappoint kiya hai. Finishing issues hain, plaster cracks dikh rahe hain already. Matlab, itna premium pay karke bhi yeh haal? My friend in a Godrej project near Golf Course Extension says unka experience kaafi better tha. Also, hidden charges at possession were a shocker – maintenance deposits and some other random fees jo pehle clear nahi thi. Is this common with M3M projects, ya sirf mere saath hua hai? Post-possession maintenance charges bhi bohot high lag rahe hain. Godrej, DLF, ya Emaar mein kya scene hai in terms of quality and these charges? Has anyone else faced these surprises right after moving in? Kya sab builders ka yahi haal hai Gurgaon mein?
