Just got possession for my 3BHK in Noida Extension. Builder ne suddenly itne hidden charges bata diye. PLC, registry fees... EMI plan pura bigad gaya. Kids' school budget is a concern. Did others face this with Godrej or ATS? Bahut frustration hai.
