Just got possession, some things genuinely surprised me

Not proud of this but I almost got duped by some hidden charges. Just got possession of my 3BHK at Salarpuria Sattva Lake Ridge in Kothapet last month. Overall experience is a mixed bag, honestly. Construction quality seems fine initially, but abhi thoda plaster cracks dikh rahe hain, especially in the kitchen area. Anyone else facing this with Sattva Lake Ridge? Post-possession maintenance charges bhi kaafi high lag rahe hain, ₹5 per sqft they're asking. Is this normal for Hyderabad projects in Gachibowli or Financial District? Plus, so many hidden costs during possession – registry fees, maintenance deposits. Did you guys manage to negotiate these? What surprises did you get at handover?
