Just got possession, some things genuinely surprised me

Just got possession of my flat in Gaursons Atulyam last month, aur abhi se thodi tension ho rahi hai. Brochure mein toh security system kaafi high-tech dikhaya tha, 24/7 CCTV monitoring, trained guards, visitor management sab. But yahan ground pe, guards toh hain but unka training level samajh nahi aata. Visitor entry bhi sometimes casual lagti hai, koi proper check nahi hota. Raat mein gate pe bhi sometimes ek hi guard hota. Kya sirf naam ka security hai? And water supply ka bhi issue hai. Subah-shaam pressure kam hota hai. Tanker mangwana padta hai kya aage jaake? Maintenance charges toh poore le rahe hain, but service quality mein compromise lag raha hai. Anyone else facing this? Ya is it just me?
