Is the full flat power backup in Ansal Aastha Mig Zone actually working for everyone? Just moved into my 3BHK last month and the inverter backup is barely for lights, not even one fan. They promised full flat backup during sales, but it's common areas only for most of the stuff. Power cuts are frequent here in Rajkot, and it's getting really annoying. Also, what's the deal with water supply? We're already seeing tanker dependency some days. The brochure showed huge tank capacity, but it feels like it's never enough. Did anyone else face this? What did you do to get them to fix it, or is this just how it is? Paying maintenance but not getting basic services.

They promised full flat power backup during sales, but abhi toh inverter backup barely lights chala pata hai, ek fan bhi nahi. Power cuts Rajkot mein frequent hain, aur yeh bohot annoying ho raha hai. Is the full flat power backup actually working for everyone else? Also, water supply ka kya scene hai?
