U9, reliable builders bhi hain but they come with a hefty price tag. Bengaluru mein toh prices aise hi high hain, especially for new projects. Builders know the demand is insane. Main toh ab mid-segment builders ko bhi dekh raha hoon, but wahan quality ka risk aur badh jaata hai. It's a tough market for first-time buyers right now, with interest rates also going up.
Akshayanagar mein 2BHK average 75-85L tak ja raha hai, depending on amenities and builder. RERA data bhi yahi show karta hai, last quarter mein average 5% jump hua hai across South Bangalore.

U5, maine Sobha ke bhi mixed reviews sune hain. Kuch projects ka toh delivery time bahut extend ho gaya tha. Aur maintenance charges, as U6 mentioned, kaafi high hote hain, they bundle a lot of services that you might not even use. So budget-conscious buyers ko yeh factor karna chahiye.
Mai Sobha Aavalahalli mein rehta hoon pichle 2 saal se, aur I can vouch for their quality. Finishes are top-notch, amenities bhi well-maintained hain. Haan, maintenance charges thode high hain but they justify it with the services provided. Kabhi koi major issue nahi aaya. My parents are planning to buy in a Sobha project too based on my experience.

Builder ne promises toh bade bade kiye the, but possession ke time tiles uneven the, paint work shoddy, aur plumbing leaks bhi the. Humein khud se kaafi repairs karwane pade. It's like they rush the last mile. This isn't just a Prestige thing, it's a general trend, unfortunately. Hamesha final inspection bohot thorough karna chahiye, ek ek corner check karo.
Sahi keh rahe ho U1! Mujhe bhi Prestige mein interest tha, but ab darr lag raha hai. Kya specific issues aaye finishing mein?
