Okay, I'll be honest — just got possession of my flat on Dwarka Expressway a couple of months back, and the reality check is brutal. Everyone talks about DLF and M3M's luxury, but nobody discusses the *actual* construction quality post-handover. My Godrej project already has a few finishing issues. And the hidden charges at possession? Bhai, RERA ke baad bhi they hit you with so many adjustments. Signature Global ke maintenance charges bhi high lag rahe hain. I genuinely feel some big builders just sell the dream, then leave you to deal with the ground reality. Are we paying premium for average quality and surprise expenses? Change my mind.
