Possession March mein mili thi, and honestly, construction quality ko lekar thodi disappointment hai. Builder ne jo finishings aur fittings promise ki thi, woh utni achhi nahi hain. Small plaster cracks abhi se dikhne lage hain. I'm thinking of Altus Space Builders' Altus Ecoglades, suna hai wahan bhi similar issues hain, like seepage after possession. Yaar, jo amenities brochure mein dikhaye the, like the club house and gym, woh abhi tak fully operational nahi hain. Sirf basic stuff chal raha hai. Kya ye sab common hai in projects around Mohali/Zirakpur? Altus ke residents ka kya experience hai? Should I raise a complaint with Omaxe now or wait?

Mujhe toh laga sirf mera experience kharab tha with a local builder in Zirakpur. Wahan bhi fittings aur finishings ka same issue tha, aur club house aaj tak functional nahi hai. Omaxe toh bada builder hai, Established 1987, HQ New Delhi. Inke saath bhi aisa? Bohut disappointing hai ye sunke.

Haan yaar, bade builders bhi ab quality compromise kar rahe hain. My friend booked in their Mullanpur Garibdass project, same story. Amenities ka bhi yahi haal tha, sirf brochure mein hi achhi lagti hain. Itna paisa deke bhi shanti nahi milti.
