Possession was in March for my flat in Signature Global Park 1, and honestly, I'm already seeing cracks and fitting issues. Thought construction quality would be better, considering the premium paid. This definitely worries me about resale value and future maintenance costs. Amenities like the clubhouse also feel a bit flimsy, not quite what was shown in the brochure. Anyone else faced this so quickly after moving in? Does it affect your tenant attraction or ROI? What did you do about it?
