Gachibowli — just moved into my 2BHK near Financial District. Builder ne bola tha sab smooth hoga but ab samajh nahi aa raha. Water supply ka issue hai, sirf borewell water milta hai, municipal connection ka wait kar rahe. Phir maintenance charges bhi itne high hain, bilkul unexpected. Daily life mein ye sab chhoti cheezein bahut irritate karti hain. Honestly, I had no idea about these hidden costs. My parents keep saying check everything before buying. Anyone else facing this in Gachibowli? What did you guys do?

Totally relate! Humne bhi Attapur mein ek flat dekha tha, builder ne bola municipal connection hai, but baad mein pata chala sirf tanker aata hai हफ्ते में दो बार. Ye hidden costs aur promises jo poori nahi hoti, bahut frustrating hai. Ab soch raha hoon rent pe hi reh lu thode time.
Oh god, this is my biggest fear! Main bhi Gachibowli mein dekh raha hoon and this borewell issue + high maintenance is my nightmare.
